Qingdao Huasheng High-tech Development Co., Ltd. (Huasheng) is devoted to producing Wood-Plastic Composite materials of the technology-oriented private enterprise. It is one of the pioneers in the field of Bio-fiber Plastic Composite (Wood Plastic Composite, WPC) in China and has gained recognition of leading national academies and institutions, such as China Wood-Plastic Composites Union (CWPCU), China Association of Resource Comprehensive Utilization.

Qingdao Huasheng company was established in December, 2005. It is located in the New Material Industrial Zone of Chengyang District, Qingdao. Its convenient transportation is about 15 kilometers away from Qingdao International Airport and 50 kilometers apart from Qingdao Port. The company has a registration capital of 10 million RMB. The manufacturing plant occupies an area of over 67000 square meters with 15000 square meters workshops, 42 specialized production lines, 28 sets of auxiliary equipments and more than 95 sets of different molds and tooling. Total capital of the company’s equipments is over 25 million RMB. The annual capacity is around 30,000 tons of Bio-fiber plastic composite material of different categories and specifications. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.

The company supplied 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo with high-quality environmental WPC products. Parts of passenger trains and luggage vans of China Southern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry Group, China North Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry Group adopted our WPC products. At present, most of our products have been sold to Asia, Europe, South America and Middle East.

Huasheng WPC products cover four major application fields: structural posts and beams; thermal walls and outdoor siding; decking and plank; railing, bench paneling and joists, totally over 60 specifications.
